Hobbiton was fantastic! There's less walking than you'd think, it's a 2 hour tour but there's lots of stopping for photos and having the guide point out things, so I vote semi-practical shoes lol. I have seen people post photos in mermaid tails there recently so yeah...loltia is understated by comparison!Rolihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17397860759056883709noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8492273107335212025.post-85465227320113301632019-02-25T21:26:26.330+11:002019-02-25T21:26:26.330+11:00Thank goodness Airbnb refunded you, that sounds li...Thank goodness Airbnb refunded you, that sounds like the crappiest experience with this one guy. And shame since all your other bookings were fine! I never booked anything via Airbnb, but used Couchsurfing a lot when I was in Japan, so I learnt all kinds of precautions there that would apply to Airbnb as well. And it's true, sometimes you're just unlucky and the person you're staying with is, hmm, 'a bit off' to put it nicely. But in the end, thanks to the age of phone internet and wifi hotspots everywhere, you're never really stuck somewhere permanently (as long as you have the means to change your location, of course).

On the upside, you've been to Hobbiton! My tolkienist arse is mega jealous right now (I love both the films and the books, though films probably a little more), this is the dream to eventually go there and dammit, one day it will happen. I was also thinking how cool it'd be to go there in lolita, but since it looks like an actual village it seems like it'd have to be a practical shoes kind of coord.Cupcake Kamisamahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13424220962457880734noreply@blogger.com
